Your new company

Your new company is a regulatory body responsible for developing and inspecting standards within the healthcare sector. They now require a HR Administrator on a temporary basis.

Your new role

Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Administrator to deliver high-quality, wide-ranging administrative and project support across our busy HR function. This is a varied role that spans the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to organisational development initiatives, including wellbeing. You'll work closely with our recruitment team and HR Business Partners, managing HR inboxes, handling queries efficiently, and ensuring our digital filing systems remain accurate and compliant with GDPR. The role requires someone who is resilient, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple responsibilities with confidence, clear communication, and attention to detail. You’ll also support Learning & Development processes, uphold confidentiality to the highest standard, and contribute to ad-hoc projects that drive our HR service forward.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a minimum of one year's experience in HR administration and possess outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and respond with a sense of urgency. Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain high levels of quality and accuracy, even when managing high-volume tasks, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Outlook and Word is required, alongside experience creating PowerPoint presentations in a corporate setting. Familiarity with HR systems such as Softworks or iTrent would be an advantage. The role also demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally across all levels of the organisation.
