HR Administrator | Cork | 11 Months

Your new company

Your new company is a regulatory body, responsible for developing and inspecting standards within the healthcare sector. They now require a HR Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.

Your new role

The HR Administrator is responsible for providing highly professional and wide-ranging administration and project support across the HR function. The successful candidate will effectively undertake HR support, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Some key responsibilities include administrative support to the HR teams for the entire employee lifecycle, managing HR inboxes, supporting organisational development projects, ensuring data accuracy in HR electronic filing systems, and assisting with employee queries. The candidate will also provide recruitment support and assist HR business partners.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need at least 1 year of experience in a HR Admin role. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cope well with change and pace. You will need to be resilient, keep a cool head and can work under pressure, prioritising your responsibilities whilst demonstrating excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. The job requires strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy while handling a high volume of tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience of using Excel, Outlook, and Word in the workplace. Experience with Softworks or iTrent products is an advantage. The job also requires experience of creating PowerPoint presentations in a corporate environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively communicating with all levels of the organisation.
