Your new role
An established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Dublin West. This position is offered as an 18‑month fixed‑term contract however, there is a highly likely view to permanency. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR guidance and support to managers, employees, and the wider HR team across multiple office locations.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Provide expert advice across employee relations, performance management and employment law matters.
- Support HR Generalists with ER cases, attending formal meetings, taking notes, and administering formal processes.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Lead initiatives that enhance performance management, employee engagement and retention.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to design and deliver training that strengthens manager and employee capability.
- Ensure HR compliance with employment legislation and best practices across all operating regions.
- Produce HR metrics, reports and insights to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Align HR programmes and initiatives with organisation-wide strategy and priorities.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning and organisational design activities.
- Attend internal meetings and project manage HR-related initiatives as required.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams such as H&S, Quality, Finance, IT, Procurement, and other support functions, as well as relevant external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role.
- Previous experience in the telecoms industry is desirable.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email systems.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management skills and a supportive, flexible working style.
- Willingness and ability to travel to other office locations when required.
