Your new role
As a Health and Safety Advisor on our residential sites, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will conduct risk assessments, develop and implement safety policies, and provide training to site personnel. Your expertise will help create a proactive safety culture where everyone feels responsible for maintaining a safe working environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- A strong background in health and safety, preferably within the construction or civil engineering sector.
- Relevant certifications (Health and Safety Level 7).
- Proven experience conducting safety audits and risk assessments on residential sites.
