A Quantity Surveyor with 2–3 years' experience is required in Limerick to work on construction projects.

Quantity Surveyor (Limerick Office Based)
As a result of continued development and growth, our client is currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Limerick. You will be working on steel-framed modular buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- As a junior Quantity Surveyor, you will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor who reports to the Commercial Director and is responsible for commercial aspects of projects across various sectors.
- You will assist with the preparation of payment applications (Measure and Contract Variations) for payment to the client with full supporting documentation in accordance with the contract.
- You will help assist with agreement of final accounts with clients.
- Preparation of monthly CVR reports and cash flow reports
- Assisting with project tendering with the commercial team and establishment of project budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining risk registers, variation trackers and extension of time tracker sheets
- Liaise with procurement manager on subcontractor procurement and account reviews during a project.
- Look for opportunities to maximise revenue, reduce cost and identify and investigate losses.
Qualifications/Experience
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor role on construction/civils projects
- Commercially astute
- 2+ years Experience
- Good communication skills, including presentations
