Your new role

In this varied position, you will support key business functions across Human Resources, Health & Safety, Payroll, and Administration. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance aligned with Irish legislation and internal policies while supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement.

Your duties will include:
  • Managing employee records, contracts, and HR systems
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes
  • Assisting with employee relations and HR compliance
  • Maintaining health & safety systems, records, and audits
  • Supporting incident investigations and safety initiatives
  • Processing payroll inputs and managing queries
  • Coordinating training and maintaining compliance records
  • Providing general administrative support and reporting

What you'll need to succeed

You will have:
  • Previous experience in HR, administration, or compliance roles
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Understanding of workplace health & safety requirements ideally
  • Experience in payroll administration is desirable
  • Experience with HR systems would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Great presentation skills and overall professionalism
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to prioritise tasks independently
