Diverse commercial role for a Qualified Accountant with staff management and revenue reporting experience
Leading Irish organisation with a national remit require an experienced Finance Manager to join their Head Office finance team.
Reporting to a Senior Manager, as Finance Manager you will be responsible for revenue reporting and analysis for a rapidly expanding area with national and international business, systems development, process improvement and the preparation of financial reports for quarter and year-end. You will also manage a team covering billings, accounts receivable and credit control.

Reporting to a Senior Manager, as Finance Manager you will be responsible for revenue reporting and analysis for a rapidly expanding area with national and international business, systems development, process improvement and the preparation of financial reports for quarter and year-end. You will also manage a team covering billings, accounts receivable and credit control.
Key Tasks will include:
- Month-end, quarter-end and year-end revenue reporting of all revenue streams to be included in the management accounts.
- Review of inputs and financial analysis
- Reporting of debtor’s days
- Balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls monitoring
- Process improvement and documentation of processes and procedures
- Systems development relating to revenue reporting
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis reports
- Manage and support the Revenue team
Ideally, you will be a Qualified Accountant with 5 years+ pqe; have strong technical accounting skills, revenue reporting and process improvement experience. You must have good people management skills too. This role would suit an experienced Accountant with strong business partnering skills. Also, happy to consider a Qualified Accountant with 3–5 years pqe who has some staff management experience with the potential to manage a larger team.
Salary €75,000 to €85,000 (depending on experience)
