Your new company

Your new role

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming reception service. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing meeting room bookings, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and supporting the wider orders team with administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in your new role, you will have previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new systems quickly. You will be professional with a friendly approach to customer service.
