Your new role
As Finance Business Partner, you’ll lead expense planning, analysis, and reporting across countries in the APAC Europe region. You'll act as the central conduit for expense intelligence, working closely with Country Finance Heads and the Head of Business Finance to support strategic targets and deliver insights to senior stakeholders.
Though based in Dublin with on-site support, this is a standalone position, best suited to someone comfortable operating independently. You’ll be part of a wider regional finance team spread across Germany and Switzerland.
- Build strong partnerships with country finance teams to understand strategy and operations
- Analyse and monitor business unit-level expenses
- Drive quarterly closing, accruals, and reporting in coordination with local Financial Controllers
- Lead budget and forecast cycles
- Deliver consolidated performance commentary to senior leadership
- Create intuitive expense dashboards for business leaders
- Manage indirect expense allocations in partnership with specialist teams
- Track and report on the financial impacts of harmonisation and growth initiatives
- Maintain COUPA/SAP approval matrix and ensure timely invoice processing
- Refine cost centre structures across regional and central teams
- Act as the go-to contact for all expense-related matters in APAC Europe
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Extensive experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Commercial Finance
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritise in a fast-paced setting
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with executive presence
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning/reporting tools
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
- 6-month contract with a view to permanency for the right candidate
