Diverse role for a Senior Qualified Accountant with strong financial reporting and staff management skills

A leading not for profit organisation require an experienced Finance Manager to join their Head Office team. Reporting to the CEO, you will supervise a small team, and be responsible for the complete finance function to final accounts level

Preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and variance analysis reports
Preparation of financial statements under SORP and liaison with auditors
Preparation of reports relating to fundraising & donor activity
Preparation of financial reports for business cases
Implementation and monitoring of internal controls
Cashflow forecasting
Ensure adherence to regulatory/governance requirements
Review of financial policies and procedures
Presentation of financial reports to the Board and senior management team
Systems implementation and development

Ideally, you will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with strong staff management experience, and excellent financial reporting and analysis experience, previously working in the charity/not for profit or SME sector
You will also possess strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills

Salary €70K-€85K (depending on experience)
Benefits include: 20 days annual leave, professional membership fees paid, 9-5 role, a rewarding working environment
