Part-time | Administration | Temporary Assignment | Dublin City

Your new company

Your new company is a not-for-profit organisation located conveniently in Dublin's city centre. It is easily accessible via public transport including LUAS and Dublin bus. They are growing and looking for you to join them on a temporary, part-time basis.

Your new role

As part of your new role you will be responsible for generating and updating reports. You also will be responsible for scheduling booking and appointments. On occasion, you will handle queries via phone and email.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in your new role you must be open to working on a part-time, temporary basis. Previous administration experience is essential, along with a professional telephone manner. It is important that you are organised, empathetic and a strong communicator. You must be open to doing weekend work on occasion.
