Your New Company
As a Contract Manager, you will lead the provision of soft services, collaborating with all relevant parties to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences. Your efforts will be aligned with our client’s brand values and the Client Admin’s fundamental service pillars: Workplace Services, Workplace Experience, and Business Collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the contract management of the staff, operation and maintenance of other services.
  • Line management is responsible for a contract team and indirectly for relevant subcontractors.
  • Making sure contracts are staffed by competent teams and that arrangements are in place for effective succession planning.
  • Leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, when required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
  • Delivering effective business communication through reviewing, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings.
  • Correspondence, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and other publications.
  • Ensuring that any issues that may impact the building and facilities are reported immediately and collaborating with the relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closing out of tickets and jobs.
What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Relevant experience in Facilities Management.
  • Ability to achieve business goals, with a concern for working well, surpassing standards of excellence and passion for challenges.
  • Developing strong customer relationships by listening to and satisfying customer needs.
  • The ability to establish clear, measurable goals, taking ownership of responsibilities and commitments to those goals and moving others to responsibility for their goals.
  • Excellent judgement, decision-making and influencing skills, particularly in complex and high-pressure situations.
  • Comfortable with and embracing new technologies and digital tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
