Consistent with the nature of the opportunity, NMBI is looking for a candidate of the highest calibre, with a proven track record at a senior level leading an organisation. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of effective regulation in a health setting, in line with NMBI’s remit of patient safety and public protection and demonstrate successfully leading on complex projects or policy change initiatives with competing stakeholder demands. They will also have the ability to be a key influencer within the organisation and externally.
For your experience, you will be rewarded with a comprehensive remuneration package at Point 4 of the Principal Officer Higher scale. To support a healthy work-life balance, NMBI offers blended working arrangements.
