Temporary Events Executive | €30,000-€40,000 DOE | 1 month rolling | Dublin City Centre – Fully Onsite
Your new company
As Events Executive, you will join a Not-for-Profit who are responsible for promoting Dublin City Centre businesses. Your new office is located conveniently in Dublin City Centre and is easily accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 1-month basis to cover sick leave.
Your new role
As Events Executive, your duties will include, but are not limited to, organising events and small activations (planning, booking, logistics etc), supporting organisation and promotion of events, contacting suppliers and contractors and booking their services, supporting social media content creation, if needed, creating budgets together with the head of marketing, creating events proposals and post events reports, sharing event activations ideas/schedule/event strategy for the year, attending events/meetings when relevant to the events side, creating and publishing posts/stories pieces on the website and coordinating articles creation/publication and any other administrative and ad-hoc duties.

What you'll need to succeed
To become Events Executive, you will have recent relevant experience in events and social media creation. Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. A keen eye for detail and multitasking is essential to meet tight deadlines.
With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar role, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
