Executive Assistant to CEO | €40,000 | Blanchardstown | 12-month FTC

Your new company

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will join a reputable not-for-profit organisation in Blanchardstown. This charity supports those with addition and their families. Your new office is accessible via public transport, and they offer a hybrid work model following your training period. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 12-month FTC to cover a maternity leave.

Your new role

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide strategic support and assistance. Your duties will include, but are not limited to providing comprehensive, administrative support to the CEO, tracking all ongoing projects, complex diary management, proactively monitoring the CEO’s inbox, stakeholder management, processing/submitting expenses, forward planning meetings, developing & maintaining electronic filing systems, managing the CEO’s social media, event coordination, organising committee meetings, and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that arise in your new role.

What you'll need to succeed

To become Executive Assistant, you will ideally have a minimum of 3 years of experience providing executive support at board level. Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Proficiency using MS Suite, including PowerPoint, is necessary. A keen eye for detail and multitasking is essential to meet tight deadlines. Experience working with confidential information and an ability to manage sensitive communications is required.

With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within an executive support position at board level, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
