Your new company

As Executive Assistant, you will join an ambitious investment & property company. Your new office is located in Dublin 7 and is easily accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis. Your role is fully on-site.

Your new role

Your main duties will include providing a full executive support service to the CEO & members of the management team, enabling them to operate effectively and with a strategic focus, providing a support service to the board. Your role requires you to assist in the management of an extensive investment and property portfolio, namely providing support to two connected, but ultimately separate, teams. The role itself will involve lots of interaction with these teams and, while you will be given plenty of support and, ultimately, we would like you to make the role your own.

Your duties will include, but won't be limited to providing PA support to management as required, general office management to include stationery and printer supplies, maintenance of printers, and maintaining the general office in a tidy and organised manner, liaising with the building manager, assistance with organising with and with meetings of directors and management, assistance in compilation of packs for Board and Shareholder meetings etc.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have proven recent relevant experience in a similar senior level role. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are essential. Strong typing skills with proficiency for minute meetings at board level are necessary. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are necessary to ensure efficient running of the office. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with a range of stakeholders and the public. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines along with a track record in research and horizon scanning activity is required.

With clear and relevant examples of your communication, co-ordination and administrative skills at executive level, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
