Executive Assistant - Dublin City Centre - 12 month FTC

Your new company
As Executive Assistant to the COO, CFO and the Head of HR, you will join a multinational financial services company with a significant global presence. Your new office is located in Dublin City. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 12 month contract. You will have a a hybrid work model.

Your new role
As Executive Assistant you will support the COO, CFO and the Head of HR, acting as a core link between them and the wider business. Your support duties in your new role will include but are not limited to calendar management, drafting communications, inbox management, meeting management and preparation, submission and reconciliation of expenses, organising travel itineraries, event management, using SharePoint to store documentation, ad-hoc project support, managing the phone account, archiving and all general administrative duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed
To become Executive Assistant, you will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar executive support role, 5+ years’ experience at executive level is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders and drafting responses on behalf of the COO. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite along with strong written skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential. Experience working in a global fast paced environment is preferred. Proficiency coordination global business travel arrangements and logistics support along with excellent stakeholder rapport management is essential. With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within an executive support capacity with proficient administrative and stakeholder skills you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
