Do you want to work in a diverse accounting role with an SME organisation who can provide career development ?
Leading service provider with a multi-branch network require a Qualified Accountant to join their expanding Head Office finance team in Dublin.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, working as part of a small team, you will be solely responsible for the complete finance function, from transaction processing to final accounts, for a new business set up in the UK. This role is expected to expand as the business grows.

Key Tasks will include:

• Preparation of monthly financial and management accounts
• Supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the UK business
• Accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and general ledger
• Fixed Asset maintenance
• Accruals and prepayments
• Preparation and submission of HMRC & Companies House returns for VAT, Corporation Tax and other statutory filings
• Assist with working capital management and cashflow forecasting
• Liaison with external Auditors and Tax Advisors

Ideally looking for a Qualified Accountant with 2–3 years+ pqe, who possesses good hands-on financial & management accounting experience, along with some experience of UK tax submissions. Strong Excel skills (vlook-up/pivot table level) required. Happy to consider an Accountant not yet qualified if they have a relevant background.
