Your New Role
As an Intermediate Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will join a dynamic, interdisciplinary team working on high‑profile projects across sectors such as commercial workplaces, healthcare, education, heritage, leisure and residential development.
- You’ll be involved from early design stages through delivery, contributing to solutions that prioritise sustainability, innovation and user experience.
- You will work closely with other disciplines, support integrated design workflows, and apply modern design tools—including IES, CAD and Revit.
- This role offers exposure to projects of varying scale and complexity, along with the opportunity to collaborate with leading professionals in a creative studio environment.
- You will also be encouraged to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions and play an active role in shaping sustainable, future‑focused building design.
About you
- Degree qualified, preferably to Masters level
- Full Member of CIBSE, EI or equivalent, or working towards full membership
- Working towards Chartership
- Possess excellent communication skills and capable of conveying your passion for building services engineering to clients, other professions, and the team
- Have detailed knowledge of the
design of electrical building services systems and a keen interest in passive design techniques, sustainable environmental solutions and renewable energy technologies - Knowledgeable and experienced in using front-end design tools such as Dialux, Amtech / Electrical OM, and are fully CAD and IT literate.
- Capable of designing within a Revit environment and with a desire to develop these skills
- Successfully designed projects across a range of scales and sectors

- You will have a high degree of integrity, professional ethics, respect and a sense of responsibility.
