Shopify E‑Commerce, Operations & Marketing Team Lead – Up to €40,000 DOE - North Dublin
Your new role
You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of e-commerce operations and marketing coordination across multiple online platforms and international markets. This is a hands-on position where you will ensure the smooth execution of website activity, campaigns, product launches, and customer communications.
Acting as a key link between internal stakeholders and external partners, you will play a central role in delivering a seamless and commercially effective online experience while supporting the continued growth of the business.
Your new role
- Manage and maintain multiple e-commerce websites, ensuring accuracy across products, pricing, promotions, and content
- Oversee website merchandising, navigation, and overall user experience
- Coordinate and implement campaigns, launches, and promotional activities across digital channels
- Act as the main point of contact for external digital marketing partners, ensuring activity aligns with business objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Manage the execution of email marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Coordinate internal workflows across marketing, creative, and commercial teams
- Support planning and delivery of key trading periods and seasonal campaigns
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in operational processes, systems, and digital performance
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commercial awareness and interest in e-commerce performance
- Experience working with digital marketing channels and external agency partners
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Desirable:
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo)
- Background in retail, consumer brands, or e-commerce environments
- Understanding of customer journey, conversion optimisation, and digital performance metrics
