Senior PR & Events Executive - €60,000 – Dublin 22

Your new role

You will join a national organisation focused on environmental sustainability and resource management. As the Senior PR & Events Executive, you will play a key role in delivering a cohesive PR and Events strategy that enhances brand visibility, strengthens stakeholder engagement, and supports both consumer and industry-focused initiatives. You will guide brand consistency, evolve brand identity where needed, and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure unified messaging and execution.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and events strategy aligned with overall business and brand objectives.
  • Plan and manage a diverse calendar of events, including launches, conferences, stakeholder forums and consumer-facing activations.
  • Partner with external PR agencies to maximise media opportunities and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Create and deliver event activation plans, including branded materials, signage, and interactive elements to maximise engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure consistent messaging across online and offline channels.
  • Repurpose PR outputs for digital use, including website articles, blog content, social media updates and B2B/B2C newsletters.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to support integrated brand and communication initiatives.
  • Manage and optimise the PR & Events budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.


What you'll need to succeed

  • A qualification in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing, with exposure to both Events and PR.
  • Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
