Quality Manager

Your new company

Our client is a leading residential developer with a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality, design‑led homes across large‑scale residential schemes. With a substantial pipeline of projects and an unwavering commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, they continue to set benchmarks within the residential construction sector. As the business enters an exciting phase of growth, they are now seeking an experienced Quality Manager to play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating build standards across their developments.

Your new role

This is a newly created, senior site‑facing role that will see the Quality Manager take ownership of quality processes from early construction stages through to final handover. Working closely with Construction Directors, Project Managers, and site teams, you will ensure that every home is delivered to the highest standards of workmanship, compliance, and finish.
You will act as the key authority on quality assurance, driving a “right‑first‑time” culture and supporting teams to achieve consistently exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage quality management systems and inspection regimes across multiple residential projects
  • Carry out regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building regulations, and company standards
  • Identify quality risks and defects early, implementing corrective actions and preventative measures
  • Work closely with site management teams to promote best practice and continuous improvement
  • Manage snagging processes and oversee quality during final finishes and handover stages
  • Liaise with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality‑related issues
  • Support the delivery of customer satisfaction targets and reduction of post‑handover defects
  • Prepare quality reports and provide clear feedback to senior management

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a Quality Manager, QA/QC, Site Manager or Senior Engineering role within residential construction
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, quality standards, and traditional and modern residential construction methods
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage site teams and subcontractors
  • Experience working on large‑scale housing or apartment developments
  • Relevant construction qualification (Engineering, Construction Management or similar)
  • Full driving licence (where applicable)

What you'll get in return

You will be employed by a leading Residential Developer and make an impact on delivering high-quality homes across Dublin and the surrounding areas. You will work alongside a team of experienced and collaborative professionals and work along side other leading building contractors.

You will receive a salary of up to €90,000 depending on experience. A fully expensed company van and a fuel card. A company pension contribution, healthcare and more.
This company has very little staff turnover, which represents the opportunity for growth, progression and culture they can offer.

This is an opportunity for someone to progress with a company long term and contribute to future ahead.
