Your New Role
Selection of responsibilities:
- Promoting excellence in design and construction delivery
- Supporting project planning, scheduling, and workflow management in line with national capital delivery frameworks
- Managing procurement processes in accordance with public procurement regulations
- Assisting in the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation
What You'll Need to Succeed
- A recognised third-level or professional qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar)
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant postgraduate experience
- Membership (or eligibility) of a recognised professional body
- Proven experience delivering construction projects to a high standard, on time and within budget
- Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
