Your New Organisation

Your new organisation is a government-established agency that leads the transformation of a major inner-city site into a vibrant, mixed-use urban quarter. The development integrates a modern university campus, healthcare services, and a wide range of community, cultural, and recreational facilities, creating a dynamic environment for education, health, and community life.

Your New Role

The Project Delivery Liaison will play a key role in supporting programme and project delivery, ensuring high-quality design and construction outcomes across multiple projects.
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will support the coordination, procurement, and delivery of building projects within a structured public capital programme environment.
The role includes responsibility for procurement processes relating to technical consultancy services, including preparation of project briefs and associated documentation.
The role holder will also contribute to key programme themes such as sustainability, programme delivery, quality management, strategic planning, public procurement, and BIM compliance.

Selection of responsibilities:
  • Promoting excellence in design and construction delivery
  • Supporting project planning, scheduling, and workflow management in line with national capital delivery frameworks
  • Managing procurement processes in accordance with public procurement regulations
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation

What You'll Need to Succeed

Candidates should demonstrate:
  • A recognised third-level or professional qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar)
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant postgraduate experience
  • Membership (or eligibility) of a recognised professional body
  • Proven experience delivering construction projects to a high standard, on time and within budget
  • Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

What You'll Get in Return

  • €83,000 salary on a flagship, nationally impactful capital programme
  • 30 days annual leave, significantly above the market, giving you real, protected downtime
  • Hybrid working (1–2 days per week) with genuine flexibility
  • A role offering the best of both worlds: meaningful, high-profile work without private-sector burnout
  • The opportunity to deliver a project focused on investment in education infrastructure across Ireland
  • Work on complex, high-value projects that will strengthen and elevate your experience
  • A supportive, collaborative environment with experienced professionals and strong governance structures
  • Long-term career stability and progression within a highly respected public body
