Engineering Administrator, Administration, Office based, Limerick.

Your new company

Your new company are looking for Engineering Administrator to join one of the largest privately owned Healthcare company in Western Europe on a maternity cover contract in Limerick. Your company is a rapidly growing MedTech outsourced sales, distribution, and marketing company with who thrive to deliver the best service to both customers and suppliers while maintaining a positive, driven, and friendly work atmosphere.

Your new role

You will be reporting to the office manager. Your new role will involve you completely tasks such as Processing Sales Orders, purchasing parts for a team of Internal Engineers, Report writing and invoicing, issuing quotations to customers & dealing with customer queries efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need proven experience in a similar role and be customer focused with excellent telephone manner, strong administration skills and show excellent attention to detail. You will need to be adaptable and capable of working on your own initiative with a high level of computer literacy.
