This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a leading Healthcare company.
They now require an Engineering Administrator to join their team on a fixed term basis of 12 months.
Your new role
The job involves purchasing parts for a team of engineers and external customers, responding to parts queries, sourcing suppliers, and handling warranty and parts returns. The role requires inputting data into a dedicated software package, liaising with internal departments, report writing, invoicing, and ensuring ISO standards and external SLA's are met. The job also involves issuing quotations for clients and suppliers, setting up new part codes, and maintaining stock levels.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of customer service principles and practices, and experience in product order and invoicing customers. They should also have a high level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience working with SAP would be an advantage. Experience with the Healthcare sector would also be advantageous.
This job requires excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner. The ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with strong organisational and time management skills. The candidate should have problem-solving skills and be adaptable to working independently or as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy are important, as well as a strong administrative background.
