Your new role
As an Oracle Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Oracle database systems, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. You will take ownership of purchase order (PO) management within the Oracle database environment and play a key role in ensuring systems operate efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Take ownership of PO management across the Oracle database
- Maintain and support Oracle database systems
- Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies
- Manage database backups and recovery processes
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance standards are met
- Maintain clear documentation of database configurations and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience working with Oracle databases (DBA or strong technical exposure)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams
- Good IT literacy with strong written and numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
