As a Customer Service and Admin Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You’ll manage queries across email, phone, live chat, and social media, resolve delivery issues, and liaise with courier companies to keep customers informed. Beyond customer support, you’ll collaborate with internal teams on marketing, product development, and logistics, making this a dynamic role with plenty of variety.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a warm, professional manner.
- Fluent Written and Spoken English
- Customer Service skills and Experience
- Strong organisational ability and confidence in multitasking under pressure.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (shipping portals, support tools).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Bonus: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, courier systems, or tools such as Shopify
