An established organisation based in Dublin North is seeking to hire a Credit Control / Accounts Receivable Assistant on a 4‑month contract, with an immediate start. This is a fast‑paced finance environment offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a supportive team. The role will be 3 days on-site, with flexibility around start and finish times, and a salary in the region of €35,000–€40,000 DOE.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the credit control and accounts receivable functions during a busy period. Your responsibilities will include assisting with cash allocation, customer account queries, chasing outstanding balances, and updating debtor reports. You will also provide general finance administration, help with documentation and reconciliations, and support the wider finance team with ad‑hoc tasks as required. This is a broad and varied role suited to a candidate who is comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment and handling a mix of AR and administrative duties.

You will have previous experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance support role, ideally within a high‑volume or customer‑facing setting. You will be confident communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments and managing queries professionally. Strong organisational skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience with ERP systems and Excel is an advantage, though training will be provided. You must also be available to start immediately and able to work on-site in Dublin North three days per week.
