Your new role

You will join a dynamic team within a leading real estate services provider, supporting credit control and administrative functions. This role involves managing billing and collections, maintaining organised records, and assisting with system implementation. You’ll work across multiple teams, ensuring smooth processes and excellent client service.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Credit Control: Confident and courteous communication with debtors via phone and email; ability to manage invoicing and collections effectively.
  • Organisation: Strong skills in structuring files, creating trackers, and maintaining clear documentation.
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new platforms such as property management systems.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working through ambiguity and creating new processes when needed.
  • Positive Attitude: Friendly, upbeat approach to colleagues and clients.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to support different teams and tasks.
  • Resilience: Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
