Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Credit Control: Confident and courteous communication with debtors via phone and email; ability to manage invoicing and collections effectively.
- Organisation: Strong skills in structuring files, creating trackers, and maintaining clear documentation.
- Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new platforms such as property management systems.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working through ambiguity and creating new processes when needed.
- Positive Attitude: Friendly, upbeat approach to colleagues and clients.
- Flexibility: Willingness to support different teams and tasks.
- Resilience: Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
