Your new role :

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Dublin studio for a graphic designer to assist our architectural team with graphic tasks, such as the graphic coordination of bid documents, formatting of project reports, documents, awards submissions, and presentations, as well as maintaining and creating marketing material on our databases, such as Project Sheets, CVs, Photography etc. They are seeking a Graphic Designer/Bid Coordinator (3-5 years’ experience) to collaborate closely with Bid Manager and Directors. You will be required to collaborate with the team to create visually appealing bid submission documents, PQQs, and tender responses, ensuring they align with set deadlines. You will be responsible for formatting of Project Reports, Documents and Presentations as well as development of high-quality architectural diagrams, images and infographics. You will be required to maintain their internal database of Bid information, Staff CVs, Project Sheets and Photographs. You will be required to generate marketing collateral in line with their key objectives. You will be coordinating and preparing award submissions.

What you'll need to succeed :

You will have a demonstrated high proficiency in InDesign and the Adobe Suite, along with a solid working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint (3-5 years’ experience). You will have previous experience in a similar Bid Coordinator role, and it is advantageous. Having an architectural background or a strong interest in architecture and the built environment.

You will have strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and a thorough approach.

You will be highly organised and efficient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both collaboratively and independently, to meet tight deadlines. You will have a creative flair, keen attention to detail, originality, and a genuine passion for design.
