Your new role
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will support the fulfilment process from credit sanction through to loan drawdown and post‑drawdown activities. You will work closely with Contracting and Closing teams, ensuring all customer requests are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with procedures. The role also involves providing administrative support to the Business Banking function, contributing to process improvements, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing tasks accurately and on time
- Taking ownership of assigned duties
- Escalating issues promptly
- Supporting colleagues and adapting to multiple roles
- Managing internal and external relationships
- Participating in audit activities
- Taking responsibility for ongoing learning and development
- Contributing to wider team priorities
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong customer‑focused mindset with proven service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Flexibility to rotate across different roles within the team
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Banking experience and QFA qualification (or working toward it)
- Demonstrated accountability, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
