Oracle Developer
Role: Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 Months
Pay Rate: €380–€500 per day
Industry: Investment Banking
Eligibility: Stamp 4 or EU Passport Holders Only
Join a global investment bank’s Finance Technology team as an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer working on enterprise-scale solutions supporting critical finance functions including general ledger, accounts payable, corporate tax, regulatory reporting, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
• Migrate and rewrite existing reference data systems into strategic platforms.
• Build tools for faster onboarding of new data feeds (data quality monitoring, reconciliation, test automation).
• Develop new features to enhance the core reference data platform (data quality, analytics).
• Contribute to the ongoing development of a strategic technology platform with a strong future roadmap.
• Provide occasional L3 application support.
• Perform data analysis and develop a strong understanding of the business data domain.
✅ Required Skills:
• 8+ years of strong Oracle PL/SQL development experience with large-scale databases.
• Proficiency in database design, index strategies, partitioning, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Results-driven mindset and good communication skills
