This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to join a growing developer and contribute to the delivery of high-quality residential projects while further advancing their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings with project teams.
  • Liaise with clients, design teams, consultants, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage project risk and proactively resolve any issues that may impact delivery.
  • Monitor project costs and collaborate with the commercial team to maintain financial performance.
  • Review and approve project documentation, reports, and construction programmes.
  • Ensure all projects meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Support the planning and mobilisation of new developments as they enter the construction phase.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across all projects.

What you'll need to succeed
  • A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, or a related construction discipline.
  • A minimum of 8–10 years' experience within the construction industry, with substantial experience managing residential projects.
  • Previous experience in a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction methodologies and project delivery.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of a project team.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Strong IT and reporting skills.

What you'll get in return

In return, you'll join a leading residential developer with an impressive pipeline of projects and a reputation for delivering exceptional homes and communities. You will receive a salary up to €110,000 and benefits package, including a company vehicle or vehicle allowance, pension contributions, annual performance bonuses, and generous annual leave entitlement.

You'll have the opportunity to work on large-scale residential developments, supported by an experienced and collaborative leadership team that values professional growth and career progression. The company is committed to investing in its people through ongoing training and development while fostering a positive workplace culture through company-sponsored events and employee wellbeing initiatives.
