The Role:
They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their expanding Irish team. This is a key client-facing role, responsible for delivering fit-out projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme control. You will manage half a dozen live projects across the Dublin region and surrounding areas. There is an element of working from home for this position.
You will lead the full project lifecycle—from pre‑construction through handover—while ensuring seamless communication between clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
This role requires a confident communicator with strong IT skills, excellent organisation, and a proven ability to manage multiple commercial fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial fit out projects across Ireland.
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring a high level of professionalism and service.
- Lead project planning, programming, procurement, and resource coordination.
- Monitor project performance against budget, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
- Produce and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and digital records.
- Use project management software and digital tools to track progress and support decision-making.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants to resolve project challenges.
- Ensure timely, high-quality project handover and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience managing construction or fit out projects.
- Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, project management systems, digital snagging tools, etc.).
- Demonstrable client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel to project sites.
In return for the above, you will work with a respected, growing fit-out contractor with exposure to high-profile clients and high-end projects, with clear career progression within a dynamic organisation.
- Your remuneration is lucrative, and it can be paid on a daily rate or salary (they are flexible on both options) – This can be as high as €500.00 per day (PAYE + Self-Employed options).
- This would also include a vehicle with a fuel card and toll tag.
- This would include nightly accommodation if you did have to travel more than 1 hour from your base location.
- You will also have 1–2 days per week to work from home if site visits have been conducted. Their office is also based in North Dublin.
- If you are paid on a salary, this is in the €85,000 to €95,000 region and all the above benefits are included.
