Formed in Ireland in the last 5 years, they operate across a variety of sectors including, retail / commercial and industrial for internal fit outs. They will soon have a build element to their Irish division, but for now, it is all interiors.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial fit out projects across Ireland.
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring a high level of professionalism and service.
• Lead project planning, programming, procurement, and resource coordination.
• Monitor project performance against budget, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
• Produce and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and digital records.
• Use project management software and digital tools to track progress and support decision-making.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants to resolve project challenges.
• Ensure timely, high-quality project handover and client satisfaction.

• 5+ years’ experience managing construction or fit out projects.
• Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, project management systems, digital snagging tools, etc.).
• Demonstrable client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel to project sites.

• Your remuneration is lucrative, and it can be paid on a daily rate or salary (they are flexible on both options) – This can be as high as €500.00 per day (PAYE + Self-Employed options).
• This would also include a vehicle with a fuel card and toll tag.
• This would include nightly accommodation if you did have to travel more than 1 hour from your base location.
• You will also have 1–2 days per week to work from home if site visits have been conducted. Their office is also based in North Dublin.
• If you are paid on a salary, this is in the €85,000 to €95,000 region and all the above benefits are included.
