Your New Role
As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll lead the coordination and delivery of high-profile construction infrastructure projects from inception through completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing project interfaces and lifecycle coordination.
- Overseeing design consultants and external service providers.
- Organising design review meetings and communicating design acceptance.
- Maintaining project risk registers and reporting on progress.
- Managing change control and performance tracking.
- Acting as the Project Manager under NEC contracts, ensuring compliance and fostering collaboration.
You’ll be instrumental in ensuring project success through effective communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in construction project management, ideally within infrastructure or buildings & places sectors.
- Strong understanding of NEC contract procedures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex project information flows and performance metrics.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice implementation.
