You will be joining a well‑established and growing organisation based in Enniskeane, Co. Cork. Your new role

As the Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the office on a 2‑week rotating shift pattern averaging 20 hours per week. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work across sales, dispatch, and general administration, ensuring smooth coordination between office functions, production, logistics, and external partners. This role is varied, hands‑on, and provides excellent opportunities to grow within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Dispatch Administration
  • Booking lorries for deliveries
  • Processing invoices and issuing credit notes
  • Managing orders and supporting debtor control
  • Liaising daily with the Production team
  • Handling customs clearance (training provided)
  • Working within the company’s ERP system
  • Occasional communication with regular trade customers (no end‑user customer service)
General Administration
  • Data entry and document management
  • Using Excel and Word (basic competency is sufficient)

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this position, you will be an organised and detail‑focused professional with proven office administration experience and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, bringing a proactive and adaptable approach to your work. Strong attention to detail and competency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and Outlook) are essential, while experience with ERP systems—though not required—will be an advantage. Above all, you’ll have the initiative, reliability, and communication skills needed to support smooth office operations and maintain high standards of accuracy.
