Your new company

This FMCG and distribution business have been growing over the past years, and are well established in their market. Based in Dublin 11 in North county Dublin, they are seeking a payroll specialist to join the head office.

This company operates a hybrid policy of 1–2 days from home. It is imperative applicants are aware of the location and understand they will be required in office 3–4 days per week in north county Dublin.
This is an experienced hire role. Those without Irish payroll processing experience for a minimum of 2–3 years will not be suitable, unfortunately. We will have other roles in the future that may be open to those with other experience profiles.

Your new role

• End-to-end payroll process for multiple entities on a weekly and monthly basis using the system Quantum

• Manage weekly payrolls for 70+ staff
• Monthly payroll processing for salaried and director-level staff circa 15
• Management of pension scheme, including new auto - enrolment scheme
• Addressing any queries relating to payroll or deductions, including employee queries related to auto-enrolment
• Reporting on payroll on a monthly basis for month end close
• Assisting the FC with other areas in accounts where required.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ Years experience working within Irish payroll

• IPASS / ATI Qualified an advantage but not required.
• Experience with the set-up and admin of auto enrolment pension scheme
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well both on your own initiative and with others
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Exposure to Quantum an advantage
