To be considered, it is imperative applicants have experience working in practice with Ireland-based clients, and have been working within the practice industry for the past years. Applicants without experience in practice will not be considered.

Your new role

• Strategic planning and business management

• Budgets, forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis
• Financial statement production
• Audit management

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for upcoming roles, you must have a strong background working in practice accounting. At Hays, we do work on other positions within industry and of a more junior level that will be advertised separately. These positions call for a minimum of 5 years experience working in the practice industry within the Irish market.

Applicants must have exposure to :

• Strong client accounting experience, previous experience managing their own clients and with new client development
• People leadership, People operations, training and development
• Operational management and daily office management
• Client escalation management
• Xero, Big red books or other relevant software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
