A well-established infrastructure and maintenance services provider is seeking a Network Inspection Supervisor & Insurance Recovery Coordinator to join its team at the HQ. Your New Role
As theNetwork Inspection Supervisor & Insurance Recovery Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inspection data management while supporting system improvements and insurance recovery processes. Reporting to the Data Manager, you will supervise a team of Network Inspectors, coordinate inspection programming, and manage insurance claims related to network damages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate updates and validation of RMMS data
- Supervise and support Network Inspectors to meet contract requirements
- Manage inspection scheduling, programming, and progress tracking
- Coordinate insurance recovery processes and KPI reporting
- Attend internal and external meetings, providing relevant updates
- Conduct inspections and perform on-call duties as required
- Contribute to system improvements and rollout initiatives

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you should bring a combination of technical knowledge, leadership ability, and administrative precision:
- Full, clean ‘B’ driving licence (essential)
- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience supervising lone worker teams and managing data quality
- Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and health & safety regulations
- Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills
- 5+ years of operations and maintenance experience (advantageous)
- Experience in winter maintenance, traffic management, GIS software, or MS Project (advantageous)
- Strong communication and IT skills
