As part of our continued growth, we are now seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team and develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers and project teams on live construction projects. You will be involved in the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior engineers and project managers in the delivery of civil engineering projects
  • Support site operations, including setting out, surveying, and quality control
  • Monitor project progress and maintain accurate site records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports and project documentation
  • Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement on site
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in civil engineering or utilities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (knowledge of AutoCAD or similar is an advantage)
  • Full driving licence (desirable due to site travel)
