Senior Administrator to CEO | €35,000-€38,000 | Dublin City Centre – Fully Onsite | Permanent

Your new company

As Senior Administrator to the CEO, you will join a reputable not-for-profit organisation that provides homeless supports in Dublin City. Your new office is accessible via public transport and is located centrally in Dublin City Centre. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is fully onsite.

Your new role

As Senior Administrator, your duties will include, but are not limited to, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating room bookings and travel arrangements; preparing reports, presentations, and correspondences; organising, maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets and filing systems, both digital and physical; attending meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items; monitoring and tracking expenses, preparing reimbursement reports; supporting event planning and logistics for corporate functions; overseeing office supply inventory and liaising with vendors as needed, managing the phone lines and all general administrative duties.

What you'll need to succeed

To become Senior Administrator, you will have recent relevant experience in a senior administration or executive support role. Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are essential as you will be communicating with a range of individuals and stakeholders. Proficiency using MS Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, is necessary. A keen eye for detail and multitasking is essential to meet tight deadlines. Experience working with confidential information and an ability to manage sensitive communications is required.
