Your new role
The Customer Support Representative will advocate for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
- Coordinate and manage the sales order process: orders, acknowledgements, invoicing, credits, etc.
- Serve as the liaison between customers, the sales team, operations, quality, and technical: ensure accurate and timely information is shared.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to meet committed delivery dates.
- Address customer and sales team enquiries promptly.
- Oversee the contract review process for new products and customers.
- Provide timely support to the sales team.
3rd Level Degree
Experience in customer service within a manufacturing or technical environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of developing and implementing strategic business plans based on core business factors.
