Accounts Administrator required for thriving Limerick business in Kilmallock, Co. Limerick

Your new company

You will be joining a well-established organisation operating within the construction sector. Known for its dynamic and fast-paced environment, the company manages multiple ongoing projects across a diverse range of sites.

Your new role

In this role, you will take ownership of a broad range of accounts administration tasks, supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include processing supplier invoices, reconciling accounts, managing purchase orders, and preparing payment runs. You will also assist with month-end reporting and maintain accurate records across various accounting systems. Alongside your finance duties, you will handle general office administration, such as managing correspondence, updating internal databases, and supporting documentation for ongoing projects. This is a fully onsite role with standard working hours from 08:00 to 16:30 Monday-Friday.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need strong experience in accounts administration, with a proven ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively. A solid understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in relevant software tools is essential. You should be highly organised, proactive, and capable of adapting to the fast-moving nature of the construction industry. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset will also be key. The role is suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
