Role Overview
As a Call Center Agent, you will:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience across multiple channels
- Handle a variety of queries including banking, card services, and online banking
- Collaborate effectively within your team to meet KPIs and service standards
- Take ownership of tasks and contribute to continuous process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience (essential)
- Strong communication and distinguishabilities skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment
- Good computer proficiency and adaptability
What’s On Offer

- €15.87 per hour, paid weekly
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (37 hours per week)
- 12‑month contract
- 4–5‑week structured induction, including product training, systems onboarding, call evaluations, and accreditation
