Customer Service Support Team member | Perm | Shift work (Thursday–Monday) | On site | €up to €19.50

About the Role : We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Services Team Member to join our Shared Services team. This is a shift-based role. You’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting operational tasks that directly impact our success.

Shift work:
Thursday – Monday every week, giving you 9 days off in total in the working month (+1 more than Mon-Fri).

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and manage complaints effectively.
  • Maintain ownership of customer interactions, including ticket management in internal systems.
  • Use insights from customer interactions to recommend process improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean principles.
  • Promote excellent customer service within the team and across the organisation.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and phone handling.
  • Experience with CRM systems and related practices.
