Your new company
One of Ireland’s largest financial institutions, operating over 200 branches nationwide. The organisation provides a wide range of banking, financial, and related services. They are currently seeking a Call Centre Agent to join a busy office located in Airside, Swords.
Your new role
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the Republic of Ireland and the UK. You will serve as a key point of contact, representing the company and delivering exceptional service.
With more customers choosing to complete their daily banking by phone, we are looking for individuals who are confident, customer-focused, and have strong communication skills. You should be friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic in helping customers resolve their queries.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
