Your new role
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing financial difficulty. This is a telephony-based role, where you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide support across various financial products, and work to find the best solutions for each customer’s situation.
You will receive comprehensive training, including classroom sessions, call simulations, and live call shadowing, ensuring you are fully equipped to succeed in your role.
What you'll need to succeed
- 6–12 months of customer-facing or customer service experience (call centre experience is a plus)
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and helping customers
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to complete APA Loans accreditation (fully supported during probation)
- Good attention to detail and a strong sense of empathy
