Customer Service Support Administrator

Looking for a challenging role in the equine industry? Look no further! A Cork-based manufacturer of equine products is searching for a Customer Service Support Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your new role

This is an administrative support job that involves entering orders, processing orders by email and queries, dealing with customer requests, providing support to the team and management, liaising with various teams and departments, maintaining key customer accounts, and performing other ad hoc duties as required. The candidate will also be responsible for answering the telephone, assisting with dealing with end consumer queries, assisting sales agents with questions and problems, mailing brochures to customers on request, and providing sales invoicing support and filing. The job requires updating pricing records and master data if required.

What you'll need to succeed

The job requires someone with knowledge and experience in the equestrian industry. Fluency in German is an advantage as it is the largest market. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organisational and self-management skills are a must, as the job involves managing multiple tasks within a busy environment and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are also required.
