Your new role
As the new Customer Care Specialist, you will provide troubleshooting and strong customer service support to customers, reaching out with queries and questions. You will work closely with your team to dispatch technical support teams, coordinate maintenance and repairs as well as perform set-up and configuration when required. You will be working towards KPIs and form part of a dynamic team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need strong communication and time management skills. You will come from a Customer Services background and have a strong focus on supporting each customer to the highest standard. This part-time, temporary role requires that you have experience with remote troubleshooting. As the new Customer Care Specialist, you will be comfortable working to your own initiative while supporting your team across shifts.What you'll get in return
