Your new company
An opportunity is available for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Support Analyst to join a large, nationally significant organisation operating critical infrastructure in Ireland.
Working within an enterprise IT environment, you will provide Level 2/Level 3 application support for D365 Finance & Operations, ensuring the stability, security and performance of key finance systems that support essential business operations.
Your new role
- Provide L2/L3 support across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Finance modules.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents.
- Support month-end and period-end finance processing.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes and releases in line with ITIL best practices.
- Support integrations, batch processing, data entities and finance system interfaces.
- Work closely with finance stakeholders, internal IT teams and third-party support providers.
- Contribute to service improvements, documentation and operational excellence.
- Assist with security, compliance and audit-related activities.
What you'll need to succeed
- 4+ years' experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Strong understanding of Finance processes including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
- Hands-on experience supporting production environments.
- Experience with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
- Knowledge of D365 security, batch jobs, integrations and Data Management Framework (DMF).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent commercial experience.
Desirable
- Experience working within highly regulated or critical infrastructure environments.
- Knowledge of Azure integration services, monitoring and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (MB-310), Azure and/or ITIL certifications.
