ICT Business Analyst - Dublin - 12 month FTC to perm- 1/2 days WFO- Public Sector

What you'll be working for
As a business analyst, you’ll define and prioritise business requirements, using methods like interviews and workshops. You’ll evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish true needs. You’ll communicate with customers, deliver necessary artefacts, and manage the requirements process. You’ll produce documentation, obtain business signoff, and monitor requirements during all stages. You’ll design business solutions, document system scenarios, and deliver user manuals. You have experience across multiple projects and use appropriate tools for business process modelling and requirements management. You’ll support projects transitioning to service.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Experience in Process Mapping, Six Sigma - Lean Practitioner, Business Analysis qualifications, or equivalent.
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field, or experience that matches the role.
  • 5+ years of experience in a role directly related to this position.
  • Prince2 / PMI or relevant PM methodologies experience.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and a good grasp of ICT architecture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
  • Strong focus on delivery, including scope, deadlines, budget, and quality.
  • A track record of building strong relationships with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Excellent time management, and planning skills, with a keen attention to detail.
