Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead process discovery, process mapping, and future‑state design across advisory, branch, and digital channels. You’ll run requirements workshops, shape digital customer journeys, support Agile delivery teams, validate assumptions once scheme rules are published, and collaborate with SMEs across multiple business units. You’ll also maintain strong governance documentation and ensure traceability of decisions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Senior BA in large‑scale change or transformation
• Strong skills in gap analysis, process re‑engineering, and requirements definition
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
• Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate clearly
• Confidence working in fast‑paced, high‑risk delivery environments
• Experience in retail banking, wealth, or investment products is an advantage.
