Your new role
Support the Leads at formal cross-directorate stakeholder engagements.
Support the Leads to develop processes for collecting and analysing data to manage service risk.
Analyse and interpret data and information from various sources required to input into Maximo and Copperleaf.
Responsible for upload and maintenance of project /work pack data in Maximo and Copperleaf and raise Service Requests.
Support the team to evaluate technical assessments to inform future investment needs.
Support Leads as required and prepare information to support decisions.
Provide input into progress reports and updates for Water and Wastewater Planning.
Collaborate on key data improvement initiatives for critical information on all proposed water and wastewater projects.
Ensure appropriate information is adequately collated and managed to facilitate prioritisation of projects.
Support development of Standards, Policies and Specifications.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across the business
Responsible for promoting and delivering health and safety commitments across and its supply chain, reinforcing positive behaviours and delivering health and safety objectives and requirements to the highest industry standards.

What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrable experience of end-to-end business process is required, with experience around business planning.
A relevant third level qualification and or accreditation is desirable.
A minimum of 3 years’ Experience in the water, utilities or similar industries is desirable and or relevant experience.
Experience managing a team, with strong people, change management and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
