Your New Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to support the inspection, maintenance, and improvement of a residential property portfolio across Dublin.
This role will involve carrying out condition surveys, managing planned and reactive maintenance works, overseeing contractors, and ensuring properties meet all relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Carry out building condition surveys and inspections
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance works
- Prepare technical reports and specifications
- Oversee contractors and monitor quality on site.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety standards
- Support refurbishment and upgrade programmes
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Qualification in Building Surveying or related discipline
- Experience in residential / housing property surveying
- Strong knowledge of building defects and maintenance
- Contractor and project management experience
- Full clean driving licence
