• Leading meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Supporting programme development, sequencing, and logistics planning during early project stages.
• Ensuring all pre‑construction deliverables meet required standards, timelines, and quality expectations.

• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in a Pre‑Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Senior Commercial/Technical role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience working on large‑scale, complex construction projects, ideally within mission‑critical, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of construction methodologies, design coordination, and project sequencing.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement strategies, cost planning, and commercial risk management.
• Experience managing tender processes, subcontractor engagement, and bid preparation.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and solutions‑focused mindset, with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience with digital construction tools, BIM processes, and planning software is advantageous.
