Seeking an experienced BID Manager for a Tier 1 construction company in Dublin

We are recruiting for a BID Manager to join a Tier 1 building firm on a permanent basis. This is a high-profile role, where you are in charge of strategic bids across Ireland. This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression within the company.
Your new role
- Lead end-to-end bid management, from tender identification to submission.
- Develop bid strategies, manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate proposal development and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, engineers, and business development teams.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to continuous improvement in bid processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Third level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in bid/tendering roles in construction, preferably large-scale projects.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to deliver high-quality bids.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Flexible to travel for client meetings and site visits.
What you'll get in return
This is a full-time role working for a leading Tier 1 construction company in Dublin. Specialising in high-end fit-outs and builds, you will have exposure to state-of-the-art projects across Ireland. On offer is a base salary, paying between €80 - 100,000 plus bonuses.
