Your new role
As Operational Efficiency is one of the key strategic priorities, ESASS has been established under Operational Efficiency Platform to roll out the SASS levers across the Enterprise in 2025, 2026 & 2027 to deliver further efficiencies and cost reductions. Based on findings from analysis completed on potential opportunities, potential ExCo / Business Units identified include Retail, Capital Markets, Customer Care and continuing with OBS. ESASS roadmap of engagement will continue to evolve throughout the programme. The PMO Officer will support the successful delivery of the Operational Efficiency Programme by managing project plans, facilitating communication among stakeholders, producing status reports and presentations, and ensuring effective governance through minute taking, action tracking, and risk management. This role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder engagement capability, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project management office or related role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey project information to project teams, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to engage positively and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing uncertainty.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in minute taking and meeting scheduling.
- Proactive and able to support multiple workstreams and tasks simultaneously.
- Manage and maintain the master and detailed programme plans, working closely with Workstream Leads to monitor progress and assess impacts of delays on timelines.
- Prepare and deliver slides, updates, and reports for various audiences including Workstream Leads, management teams, internal committees, and Operational Efficiency Platform.
- Take minutes during meetings, track actions, change requests, and decisions to ensure follow-up and accountability.
- Lead or support programme meetings and act as point of contact in the Programme Manager’s absence.
- Identify, update, and review Programme Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID).
- Collaborate with Finance PMO to assist with quarterly funding requests submission to the Value Management Committee.
- Support User Access Management by managing system access, onboarding, and offboarding of programme resources.
- Provide ad hoc support to Workstream Leads as needed.
