Your new role
The Sales & Service Advisor plays a key role in the team to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service to customers every day.
Key accountabilities
- Responsible for delivering excellent customer service to agreed service standards, working with customers to provide suitable everyday banking options based on their needs.
- Demonstrate an innovative approach to the role, always seeking out ways to make improvements or suggestions to create better solutions.
- Ability to demonstrate you can work effectively as part of the branch team
- Take personal accountability for your work and ensure you follow through on commitments to customers.
