There is a current vacancy for a Branch Advisor to be based in a busy branch in Athlone, Co. Westmeath.
Your new role
The Sales & Service Advisor plays a key role in the team to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service to customers every day.
Key accountabilities
  • Responsible for delivering excellent customer service to agreed service standards, working with customers to provide suitable everyday banking options based on their needs.
  • Demonstrate an innovative approach to the role, always seeking out ways to make improvements or suggestions to create better solutions.
  • Ability to demonstrate you can work effectively as part of the branch team
  • Take personal accountability for your work and ensure you follow through on commitments to customers.
