Your new role
We're looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to become a key part of our Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance and Business, you'll take on senior responsibilities that influence decision-making and operational success across the business.
This is a hybrid role: three days in the office and two working remotely, designed to support work-life balance while encouraging team collaboration and cross-functional relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
• Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Leading departmental cost reviews and performance planning
• Partnering with commercial and operational teams to provide strategic financial insights
• Supporting budget submissions and quarterly forecasts
• Managing cashflow forecasting, statutory audits, payroll, and Revenue submissions
• Enhancing finance processes aligned with ERP system implementation
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll bring:
• Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA) with three to four years post-qualification experience
• Strong experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution environments is advantageous
• Up-to-date knowledge of IFRS and internal control best practices
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems
• A structured, hands-on approach with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and a collaborative, can-do attitude
