• Play an integral part in maintaining audit quality and ensuring a consistent approach across engagements.
• Manage departmental resources to ensure effective utilisation across a diverse client portfolio, drawing from a combined pool of staff to deliver excellent client service and audit quality.
• Contribute to collective departmental targets for chargeable time, billing, net fee income, and cash collection, in addition to meeting personal and firm‑wide goals.
• Support the development of staff through mentoring, training and ongoing guidance.
• Work directly on advisory projects, including:
• Developing strategic business plans
• Technical accounting for acquisitions and structural changes
• Accounting framework transitions
• Project collaboration with Financial Advisory and Tax teams

• Qualified auditor or accountant with experience in a medium or large practice environment
• Currently working at senior level in practice
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience supervising assignments and managing client relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent organisational and planning capabilities
