Diverse role for an experienced Revenue Manager, ideally with a property rental background

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Revenue Manager with asset management and property experience to join this leading Irish organisation at an exciting time of growth and development
This newly created stand-alone role working as part of a dynamic team involves a broad range of revenue management and reporting responsibilities relating to rental income

Key Tasks will include:
  • Manage and reporting on residential rental income from a broad portfolio.
  • Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets for this portfolio and the asset management department.
  • Analysis of monthly financial and data reports prepared by third parties
  • Provision of data for the overall portfolio performance report.
  • Monitoring of KPIs and variance analysis
  • Overseeing and reporting on the rent review cycle and process
  • Preparation of periodic rental income reforecasts
  • Preparation and implementation of control systems to ensure leasing compliance.
  • Preparation of weekly/monthly reports for the Senior Management Team and project review meetings as required
  • Identify and define the requirements for a revenue management and reporting system for this portfolio.
  • Process improvement
  • Stakeholder management, both internal and external

Ideally, you will have 8 years+ experience gained in Revenue and Management accounting, preferably in the residential rental sector. Have previous systems implementation experience
You will be solutions and results focused, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have strong IT skills to include advanced Excel; Power BI experience would be an asset
