Due to continued growth and expansion, the finance team is now seeking a Financial Accountant to join their Dublin West office.

Your new role

As Financial Accountant, you will support several entities and jurisdictions within a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of period‑end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and commercial cost analysis. You will also support statutory accounts preparation, budgeting, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function. This is a broad, hands‑on role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and business operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3+ years’ PQE

• Strong financial accounting experience, ideally within a similar environment

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally

• Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
