Business Development manager required for Ireland and Europe

Your new role

As Business Development Manager – Data Centre Specialist (Europe), you will play a key role in driving new business growth across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre environments. This is a field-based role involving regular travel across Europe to engage with clients, stakeholders, and project sites.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving new business development within the data centre market
  • Building and maintaining relationships with operators, FM providers, and contractors
  • Identifying opportunities across construction, commissioning, and live environments
  • Collaborating with internal teams to position specialist service solutions
  • Managing complex, long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales processes

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • Proven experience in business development within data centres or related sectors (e.g. critical environments, technical FM, M&E)
  • A strong understanding of the European data centre landscape
  • An established network or the ability to build relationships within the sector
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and complex deal structures
  • A self-motivated approach and the ability to work effectively in a field-based role
  • A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel across Europe

What you'll get in return

  • Uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings of €100,000–€110,000
